Hi, I’m Andrea

I’ve always been deeply sensitive and intuitive, even before I had language for it. Over time, that sensitivity became the foundation of my work — guiding women back into their bodies, their intuition, and their inner wisdom through energy work, movement, and embodied practices.

I’m here to walk beside you, share what has worked for me, and offer tools that help you stand in your light with trust and confidence.
